OSU Research Park's mission is to create an environment that stimulates innovation, attracts and builds corporations, and drives mutually beneficial engagements between OSU and industry, resulting in accelerated economic development and diversification. 

About Us

The Oklahoma State University Research Park was established in 1998.  Situated on Highway 51, the OSU Research Park offers excellent access to both Oklahoma City and Tulsa in a beautiful park setting;
  • Supporting and encouraging relocation and expansion of businesses

  • Supporting the development of technology-based startup companies

  • Providing students with real-world engagement activities

  • Offering lab, acceleration, and incubation space and services

  • Driving mutually beneficial collaborations between OSU and industry

  • Where OSU and industry engage in mutually beneficial collaborations

The 166-acre park also offers land for construction (see available space), established facilities for conducting research (Venture One Building), houses Cowboy Innovations and provides tenants a host of engagement services beyond research including offices, recreation, and engagement with OSU.

Amenities

OSU Research Park provides access to a host of amenities including; lakes, walking trails, and pending availability and approval, access to OSU Colvin Recreation Center, libraries, and CORE facilities.
  • Lakes – Enjoy relaxing by the lakes in the park and taking in the scenary, taking a walk, or conversing with other park tenants

  • Recreation -  Upon approval, the  Colvin Recreation Center is available at a reduced fee.  Enjoy the burn after a rewarding day's work or to get your day started

  • Library -  Upon approval, Park tenants enjoy access to the Edmon Low library at OSU

  • Transportation -  The park offers plenty of parking in addition to free transportation between campus and the rest of the Stillwater community through The  Bus

  • Affiliate Benefits -  Startups and Companies can apply for use of OSU facilities at inter-departmental rates.  Some of the facilities include: Electron Microscopy Laboratory and statewide NMR Facility. For a full list of available facilities and associated rates click here

Leasable Facilities

Venture One and the Michael S. Morgan buildings offer startup space to emerging and existing companies.  Venture One has specific bio related labs and the Morgan building offers office suites for rent. Please contact one of the team members listed below for availability and pricing.
